Andrew Stone

Chef Andrew Stone is a Johnson & Wales Culinary Arts graduate with over 20 years of experience. Founder of Coursee, Toro Honolulu and Hawaii Pantry, he creates fresh, seasonal cuisine with global flavors and an Asian influence, always highlighting locally sourced ingredients. His bold, clean cooking has delighted everyone from celebrities and royalty to local communities across Hawaii.

Brandan Soltes

Chef Brandan is a Culinary Arts graduate from the Institute of Culinary Education in Los Angeles. Raised in Orange County with Vietnamese roots, he blends classical French techniques with global flavors and a health-conscious approach, crafting menus that are versatile, nourishing, and flavorful. Based in Honolulu, he delights clients with thoughtful, creative dishes for every occasion.

Event Chef

Scott Samuel

A Washington State University graduate (B.S. Hotel & Restaurant Administration, 1993), Chef Scott has nearly 30 years of experience in culinary leadership, innovation, and education. Formerly Director of Culinary Innovation at Zipongo and Executive Chef at The Culinary Institute of America, he now leads culinary initiatives at Rouxbe.

In his free time, he enjoys cooking for his family, beach activities, boating, and traveling. Availability is by inquiry.
